Mercedes Homes was established by the Buescher family in 1983. Mercedes Homes has become one of the fastest growing builders in Florida, Texas, and North and South Carolina. Mercedes Homes opened it's headquarters in Melbourne, Florida in 1983. During Mercedes Homes first year they build 35 homes. Throught the next twent years, 11 new Mercedes Homes divisions were estatblished. Mercedes Homes pledges to build distincitve homes of outstanding and enduring value while providing an enjoyable experience for Mercedes Homes customers.
